Position Descriptions

In this role, you will be the head of the Tide Education Foundation and a voting member of the Foundation Board. You are responsible for financial oversight, fundraising and maintaining donor relations, Foundation marketing and branding, board management and maintaining positive school and district relationships.

In this role, you will be a voting member of the Foundation Board. This role is focused on fund development, building partnerships with corporations, foundations, Foothill College, community orgs and providing direct support for Mentoring and internship programs for TIDE students.

In this role, you will be a voting member of the Foundation Board and will serve to file taxes, pay invoicing and keep us financially updated.

The role of Communications provides assistance to the Foundation in our branding and communication by helping to build our website, edit and layout our communication and help build branded material to support events as needed.

In this role, you will assist the Foundation alongside the TIDE administration to create opportunities for families to engage, investing in a welcoming school culture through events which include but are not limited to Back to School Picnic, Parent Coffees, Grade Level Gatherings, Spring Art Show, Open House, Heritage Potluck, etc.

The role of the Annual Fundraising Campaign assists the Foundation in organizing our annual giving campaign, helping to email families, and community partners to develop financial & volunteering partnerships, as well as, follow up with appreciation when gifts are made.
